The hosiery market is evolving with a growing demand for larger sizes. To address this need, we have developed the GLC39, an innovation that enables the automatic assembly of large-size pantyhose, a process that until today was performed manually. The Problem: Until now, pantyhose sewing machines could work with clamps up to 360 mm, making the automation of larger size production impossible. This limitation forced companies to rely on manual sewing, significantly impacting costs, production times, and the quality of the final product.
